Customer Service Officer (5 days, Call Centre, Rotating afternoon shift, 1 year renewable contract)

About the role

Our client, a leading regional bank, looking for a service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' banking enquiries, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and assist with enquiries relating to banking products, accounts and services.

• Understand customers' needs and provide suitable solutions to address their enquiries and concerns.

• Identify opportunities to introduce relevant banking products and services based on customers' needs.

• Deliver professional and quality customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Gather customer feedback and highlight recurring issues to support service improvements.

Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.

• Able to understand customer needs and handle enquiries professionally.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment.

• Willing to learn and adapt to banking products, processes and systems.

Job Summary

5 working days per week, Rotating Afternoon Shift
- Shift start times rotate between 1 PM, 2 PM and 3 PM, with corresponding end times of 10 PM, 11 PM and 12 AM (midnight)
- Shift schedules include weekends and Public Holidays.

• Location: Expo and Jurong

• Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable/Convertible, subject to performance/headcount)

• Salary range: $3000 to $4000 + Shift & Transport Allowance ($600+$400)
