🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs.
• Promote and recommend suitable financial products and services.
• Follow up with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage customer portfolios and identify opportunities to increase product penetration.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum N Level qualification.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable with making calls and engaging customers.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Training will be provided.
