Customer Service Officer
- Salary Range: $2500 - $2800
- Working Day & Hours: Monday - Friday : 0830 Hours to 1800 Hours
- Working Location: 29 Tuas Avenue 13. Transport provided
Job Description:
- Manage and process the day-to-day incoming/ outgoing data from customers. (This includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records)
- Coordinate between admin and operation staff.
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
