Customer Service Officer (Banking) (1 Year Contract) #NKC
Description
Working Hours
Shift work between 9:00 AM and 12:00 midnight, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
Working hours: 42–44 hours per week, based on a bi-weekly duty roster.
Transport reimbursement is available for shifts ending at or after 10:30 PM + Monthly shift allowance.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries on a full suite of banking products, including personal and corporate accounts, loans, and cards.
Troubleshoot issues and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Deliver quality customer service in a call centre environment.
Requirements
Comfortable working in a call centre environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
