Customer Service Officer (Banking / Insurance) (12 Months Contract) #JRP

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Handle customer interactions via calls and face-to-face service.
• Follow up with new and existing customers.
• Support escalated enquiries when required.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any studies.
• Prior Banking or Insurance Customer Service experience is an advantage.
