Customer Service Officer (Beauty Industry)

Location: The Centrepoint, 176 Orchard Road, #02-50/51, Singapore 238843
Type: Full-time
Salary: S$2,600–S$5,000 per month, depending on experience, plus incentives
Hours: 6 weekday rest days a month

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and keep reception tidy
• Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media
• Manage bookings, changes and reminders; keep therapists and rooms on schedule
• Keep client records, CRM and website information up to date
• Sell and activate memberships; track vouchers and expiry dates
• Process payments and prepare daily sales reports
• Handle product orders, collections and stock
• Assist with marketing promotions
• Resolve client concerns, escalating when needed

What we're looking for

• Client-facing experience in beauty, spa, clinic, retail or hospitality
• Warm, calm and accurate
• Comfortable with email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets
• Written and spoken English and Mandarin, to serve our Chinese-speaking clients
