Customer Service Officer (Bungalow)
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage bungalow reservations and guest services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience formembers and guests. This role combines front-line service, cashiering, andadministrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. CustomerService & Reservations
- Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries on bungalow bookings and reservations
- Provide guests with relevant information, including rules & regulations and essential contact details during their stay
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
2.Cashiering & Billing
- Collect payments for bungalow rentals and facility usage
- Perform daily cash reconciliation against revenue reports
- Raise billing requests and ensure accuracy in documentation
3.Operations & Coordination
- Prepare and distribute daily check-in lists to security and housekeeping teams
- Ensure effective coordination with internal departments for guest readiness
- Monitor and maintain sufficient stationery supplies for daily operations
4.Administration & Reporting
- Record, track, and follow up on lost and found items
- Submit monthly photocopier meter readings
- Maintain proper documentation and records for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
- Customer-oriented with a positive and service-driven attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
AdditionalInformation
- 5-day work week (Monday to Sunday, rostered)
- Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:45pm
- Staff transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT
- Monthly laundry allowance provided
