Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) (4-6 Months Contract) #JRP

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Provide accurate information and assist with customer requests.
• Resolve enquiries professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. (Training provided)
• Customer service/call centre experience is an added advantage.
