Customer Service officer
The Job
- Provide all-around administrative support in estate, not limited to rental, sales, carpark and non-domestic premises (including issue receipts, job tickets).
- Provide customer services to tenants / owners when maintenance/ improvement work is in progress by liaising and coordinating with relevant parties, scheduling works orders, receiving, referring and following-up tenants/ owners’ requests, monitoring maintenance works progress to minimise disruption to tenants/ owners.
- Provide quality services and enhance relationship with tenants / owners by handling telephone enquiries, referring emergencies to appropriate staff,
- Draft notices / replies to tenants / owners promptly / and organise activities, festive functions, interest classes for tenants / owners etc.
- Compile and generate reports (e.g. careline service, CRS, I-housing, etc) from system for checking/ matching records, etc. as assigned by the supervisors.
- Assist in office logistics by preparing work schedules for manual staff, typing documents, maintaining and updating filing system.
The Person
- Diploma/Degree Holder or
- F.5 or above with extensive customer services experience preferred
- Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing
- Some knowledge on the operation and commonly used terms of estate management related industry.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
