Important Shift Requirement
This is a NIGHT SHIFT position. Initial training will be conducted on a dayshift schedule, after which the successful candidate will transition to the night shift to support the client's operating hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and administrative support to Australian or American clients.
- Manage customer enquiries through email, online chat, and other communication channels.
- Process and maintain customer orders, requests, and account information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics providers to resolve issues.
- Monitor order status, deliveries, ETAs, and other customer requirements.
- Assist with freight and logistics coordination, including follow-ups and negotiations.
- Process and manage information through ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates across systems.
- Support data entry, reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
- Identify and escalate customer issues, delays, discrepancies, and urgent requests.
- Ensure customer enquiries and administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of administration experience supporting an Australian or American company.
- 2–5 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in customer service administration, order processing, or sales support.
- Experience working with cloud-based business systems.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
Proficient With
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft 365
- Cloud-based business systems

- Online chat platforms
Experience Advantage
- QAD ERP or other manufacturing ERP experience.
- HubSpot or advanced CRM experience.
- Freight, logistics coordination, or shipping experience.
- Experience with freight negotiation and coordination.
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Microsoft Visio experience.
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
- Customer Service Administration experience.
QAD experience is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates with strong experience using other ERP systems may be considered and trained on QAD.
