Customer Service Officer


We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and will manage both online and in-person customer interactions across social media platforms and the physical store.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently or escalate them when necessary.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and follow-ups accurately.
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with customer-related activities.
  • Learn the company's products, processes, and customer service standards through on-the-job training
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.


Requirements

  • BSC/HND in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
  • Fresh graduates done with NYSC are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Benefits

Salary: 200,000 net
