ROAM Africa (Ringier One Africa Media) Customer Service Officer
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and will manage both online and in-person customer interactions across social media platforms and the physical store.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently or escalate them when necessary.
- Process customer orders, requests, and follow-ups accurately.
- Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Support the sales and operations teams with customer-related activities.
- Learn the company's products, processes, and customer service standards through on-the-job training
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- BSC/HND in any discipline
- 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
- Fresh graduates done with NYSC are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Salary: 200,000 net
