Customer Service Officer / Sales Support

• Basic from $3,200 to $3,500
• AWS + Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:50pm
• Location: Tuas

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry, quotation, order entry to invoicing including processing of order return and purchase order.
• Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely deliveries to customers and vendors.
• Track and follow up on orders, providing customers with regular updates on order status.
• Ensure on-time delivery and promptly furnish customers with all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all order management activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Verify invoice matching and ensure proper filing of credit notes and supporting documents.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to handle tasks efficiently.
