Customer Service Officer / Sales Support

Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiry, quotation, order entry to invoicing including processing of order return and purchase order.
- Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely deliveries to customers and vendors.
- Track and follow up on orders, providing customers with regular updates on order status.
- Ensure on-time delivery and promptly furnish customers with all required documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all order management activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Verify invoice matching and ensure proper filing of credit notes and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to handle tasks efficiently.
