Job Summary

You will support dental patients by addressing their concerns, managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, educating on dental care and finances, and coordinating with clinic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address patient concerns to enhance their dental care experience
• Communicate clearly and warmly with patients in person, by phone, and in writing
• Manage patient appointments efficiently to optimise clinic scheduling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for effective treatment tracking
• Educate patients on regular and post-operative dental care and financial matters to support informed decisions
• Liaise with clinic stakeholders to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient service

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient use of computers and tablets to manage patient information and appointments
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to work shifts, including evenings and Saturdays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous relevant work experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Friendly and helpful nature to foster positive patient interactions
• Good phone skills to handle patient inquiries professionally

• 44-hour work week over 5.5 days with shift work including two evening sessions (12pm–9pm) and Saturdays till 6pm
