Customer Service Officer (Trainee / Experienced)/ Financial Institution
Job Focus
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Officer. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates, with the appointment level determined based on qualifications, experience and competencies.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and transactional requirements, and cross-sell the Company’s deposit products.
- Process Fixed Deposit, Savings, loan repayment, Safe Deposit Box and internet banking transactions, including maintaining account and specimen signature records.
- Perform mid-day and end-day balancing, bank reconciliation and end-day reporting, as well as banking duties including cheque/cash deposits and branch cash reimbursement.
- Process branch expense payments and perform general administrative duties, including filing, records maintenance, stationery requirements and document management.
- Handle vault access where applicable, provide relief support at other branches/customer centres, and undertake other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant banking or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Passionate about the financial services sector and keen to learn.
- Willing to work on Saturdays from 8.45am to 1.00pm, with one Saturday off per month.
