Customer Service Officer

U Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, organised and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers
• Manage appointments and bookings
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
• Handle payments and daily front desk duties
• Coordinate appointments with therapists
• Follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Support smooth daily outlet operations

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer systems
• Beauty/aesthetics or customer service experience is an advantage
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
