Working Days: 5.25 days per week (Office hours)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8am-6pm | Alternate Saturday: 8am-12:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handled incoming calls and customer enquiries, routing to relevant departments
- Managed bookings and appointments, ensuring good customer experience
- Explain vehicle warranty details, maintenance requirements, and key features clearly to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
*Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is highly advantageous*
