📍 Location: Woodlands
📄 Contract: Temporary, till end December 2026
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
MIN Degree Holder $15/hr
📞 Customer Service
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to email enquiries promptly and accurately
• Provide information on appointments, requests and general enquiries
• Understand customers' concerns and provide clear and helpful assistance
• Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach
📋 Administrative Support
• Perform data entry, filing and document management
• Update and process requests in internal systems
• Prepare reports and track enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
🤝 Problem Resolution
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution
