📍 Location: Greenwich

🚍 Company Transport Available (During Office Hours/Training Only) from:

* Tampines

* Ang Mo Kio

* Kovan

* Serangoon

* Woodlands

📄 Employment: 1-Year Contract

💰 Salary: Up to $2,800/month

🕘 Working Schedule:

* 5-Day Work Week (Rotating Schedule, including Weekends & Public Holidays)

Shift Hours:

* 8.30am – 6.00pm

* 2.30pm – 12.00am (Late shift will commence only after approximately 4–6 months of training)

What You'll Be Doing:

* Handle customer enquiries through the contact centre professionally and efficiently

* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly

* Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments where necessary

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

* Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to service standards

* Support other customer service-related duties as assigned

We're Looking For:

* Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
