A utilities company is looking for a Customer Service Officer (Utilities) / Supply Application Officer #FR (1 year)
Your new role
- - Perform processing of CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications
- - Monitoring of performance statistics
- - Preparation of supply applications performance and remittancereport
- - Perform tagging of tenant meters
- - Raise refunds for service quotations
- - Check and issue service connection quotations
- - Issue payment acknowledgement letters
- - Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply applicationmatters
- - Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals' enquiries via emailand verbal correspondence
- - Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs andPrincipals
- - Assist in special projects assigned
- - Any other ad-hoc dutiesassigned by the Head of Section
What you'll need to succeed
- At least a diploma
- Have experience liaising with Licensed Electrical Workers
- IT savvy
