We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in our Operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Managing key accounts with the focus on achieving desired outcomes for the business and client
• Manage an established account base of national and international clients
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and quality, to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
