Customer Service Officer

Are you a people person who enjoys sales and building relationships?

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Customer Service Officer to join our clinic team. This is more than a traditional customer service role —you will play an active part in growing the clinic, converting opportunities and building long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Convert – Engage patients, understand their needs and support the conversion of recommended care plans.
• Follow Up – Manage leads and patient follow-ups, handle objections and close opportunities.
• Retain – Build strong relationships and encourage patients to continue and renew their care.
• Grow – Generate referrals from existing patients and support patient acquisition activities.
• Recommend – Introduce relevant clinic products and services based on patient needs.
• Engage – Create a positive patient experience from their first visit onwards.
• Advocate – Develop opportunities for genuine Google reviews, testimonials, case studiesand patient stories.
• Collaborate – Work closely with Doctors and the clinic team to ensure a seamless patientjourney.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven sales or business development experience.
• Is confident communicating with customers and building rapport.
• Enjoys working towards targets and achieving results.
• Are comfortable handling objections and closing sales.
• Has strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Is proactive, positive and takes ownership of their work.
• Can balance commercial results with a genuine focus on customer experience.
• Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.

Experiencein healthcare, wellness, insurance, hospitality, retail or B2C sales will be anadvantage.
