Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Executive Up to $3600, Manufacturing #HJN

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders, order processing and order-related enquiries.

• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

• Provide customer service support, including handling complaints, returns and credit requests.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system.

• Assist with sales support, administrative duties and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP or Salesforce is an advantage.
