Customer Service Parts Rep 1

The Customer Service Parts Representative 1 is responsible for supporting Park customer’s needs. This position handles and processes all inquiries related to parts orders and the processing of return parts under warranty for repair or replacement. The Customer Service Parts Representative 1 provides Park’s customers with an excellent experience by ensuring that they are satisfied through communicating effectively and professionally both written and verbal ensuring that customers have the information they need to resolve their issues.
