What you'll do
Within the Member Service department you will carry out the following duties:
Recording orders, queries and forwarding tasks to other departments.
Following up on incidents until they are resolved.
Managing the fax and email of Members.
Providing information, searching and following up on articles with supply issues for members.
What we're looking for

- Accustomed to working with computer systems.
- Good communication skills and customer orientation.
- Education: Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle
- Languages: Catalan C2
- Experience: 1 year
Nice to have
- Intermediate Vocational Training in Pharmacy and Parapharmacy (or similar).
What you'll get
Your salary will be 10.16 euros gross/hour
How you'll work
Schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a contract covering Monday to Sunday and on-call shifts.
Schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a contract covering Monday to Sunday and on-call shifts.
You will work in Gavá, in an industrial estate area, so you will need a car or motorbike.
Temporary contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
