• Coordinate and oversee audit planning, including alignment with all relevant stakeholders

• Support the Account Management team in developing and strengthening customer relationships

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

• Prepare and issue quotations

• Prepare certification documents

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

• Process customer complaints and contract cancellations

• Maintain and update data across various systems

Ihr Profil

• Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, Industrial Clerk, or a career changer with relevant experience

• Confident and professional demeanor with strong communication skills in both digital and face-to-face interactions across various organizational levels

• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a strong customer service mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent German and very good English language skills
