Customer Service Professional, Paid Campaigns & Digital Marketing (Lisbon)

Join a leading customer experience team in Lisbon as a Customer Service professional. In this on-site role, you will provide excellent support and manage customer interactions, primarily in English, within a dynamic advertising technology environment.

• Schedule: Initially Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, with two shifts (07:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 19:00). The schedule may later change to 24/7 rotational shifts with two rotating days off (to be confirmed)
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a welcome bonus paid in monthly instalments during the first year, a food allowance for each working day, and an attendance bonus
• Relocation: No relocation support provided

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Previous experience in paid campaign management
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong customer service-oriented skills
• Availability to work rotational shifts

Preferred

• Experience in a contact centre or service program for an advertising technology company
• Fluency in social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising
