CUSTOMER SERVICE REP II (OM)

DEFINITION:

Customer Service Rep greets and directs all patients and visitors as necessary, during regular business hours. Operates the Telephone System/Switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Creates or updates patient registration information.
