CUSTOMER SERVICE REP II (PT) - OUTPATIENT PT NORMAN

DEFINITION:

The CSR II (PT) is responsible for welcoming visitors, vendors and patients into the McBride Physical Therapy Department in a friendly, professional manner. CSR II is responsible for ensuring all monies collected, and return visits are scheduled in a friendly and professional manner. CSR II provides clerical support and serves as a liaison between the patient, medical support staff and the Physician.
