Customer Service Rep (Chinese Speaker)

• Contact Centre Experience
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
• Ability to handle difficult customers
• Ability to draft a professional email response to a customer
• Familiar with Excel ( vlookup, pivot table) to generate reports
• Effectively bilingual (English / Chinese)

Eligibility: Local/ PR / WP
Employment Type: 2-year Contract (Renewable)
Operating Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Public Holidays: Off

Work Schedule (Shift-Based)

• Morning Shift 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Sat
• Afternoon Shift 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Rotating between the 2 shifts
