Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phones promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service

- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and inviting environment

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently

- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed

- Support store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred

- Basic knowledge of farming or agricultural products is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 3 to 4 days per week

- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
