JOB DESCRIPTION
handle calls, emails and texts from customers and prospective customers about services provided by Wade Cleaners. Job will involve communicating with both customers over phone and in person and internally to resolve issues. Cash Handling and processing Invoices / payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Where appropriate, resolve issues
- Report issues within company
- Maintain contact for long-term fixes
- Bring attention past Due Accounts
- Receive customer communications
- Determine customer needs
- Accurately record customer issue
- Verify account information
