Customer Service Rep ( Up to $2600 / Tanah Merah / Resort)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Rep to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Description:
- Handle daily operation and maintaining of facilities within Bowling Centre
- Handle Cashier Counter and reconcile daily payment balance
- Maintain relationship with the Club’s Members, guests and members of public by providing good customer
service

Job Requirement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

5-day work week (Mon to Sun) Rotating Shifts: 9:00am to 6:15pm / 10:45am to 8:00pm / 1:45pm to 11:00pm / 4:00pm to 1:15am
