Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | $19–$24/Hour

Kaizen Collision Center needs a dependable, organized CSR who can manage a busy front office, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments

• Handle vehicle check-ins and repair updates

• Assist with insurance questions and payments

• Maintain customer records and support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with computers

• Automotive experience preferred

• Valid driver's license
