Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs
- Weekend availability required.
- Flexible Hybrid Schedules
- Training: Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday

Customer Service Representative Duties:
Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits, communicate promotions, pitch sales opportunities, and cross‑selling options
Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
Provide general inbound customer service and support
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
- Previous customer service experience in a trades environment
Service Titan experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
