Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative to assist customers with service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general questions about our heating and air conditioning services.
- The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule heating and air conditioning appointments.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Record customer information and service requests.
- Forward technical questions to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and protect customer confidentiality.
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer support.

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable remote workspace.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay rate of $40 per hour.
- Part-time position.
