Southlantic provides high quality water filtration options for both residential and commercial applications in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Florence and surrounding areas. We have been in business since 1976.

What We’re Looking For

The candidate must be a reliable and hardworking individual, with a positive "can-do" attitude. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties would consist of answering phone calls in a timely manner, scheduling, making outbound calls & data entry.

Who You Are

· Prefer at least one year experience handling multi-line phones

· Experience in scheduling and data entry

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

· Maintain a professional, friendly attitude especially when faced with a difficult customer

· Capable of following written or verbal direction and documented procedures.

· Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.

· High School diploma/GED.

· Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
