Customer Service Representative

Company: Guthrie & Frey Water Conditioning

Description: In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience. You will assist clients in identifying the services they need, answer questions about their applications, and coordinate appointments with our technicians.

Responsibilities:

· Help identify what type of service our clients need

· Answer questions our clients may have about their specific applications

· Create a positive experience for our clients

· Schedule our client’s appointments with our technicians

· Become knowledgeable of product line, basic functionality and warranties

· Answer client inquiries about equipment, service, maintenance, and billing requirements

· Schedule and work with tech team to ensure timely installment and servicing of equipment

· Prep daily paperwork

· Contact clients to inform of and schedule routine maintenance services

· Follow up on sales quotes provided by the field team as needed

· Research properties for address accuracy

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
