What We're Looking For
?? High School Diploma Completed (Mandatory)
?? B2 English Level or Higher (Mandatory)
?? Previous experience in Customer Service
?? Healthcare experience is highly preferred (medical services, healthcare providers, insurance, patient support, or related industries)
?? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
?? Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service
?? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
