Customer Service Representative

This position serves as a critical link between our customers, sales team, production teams, and internal departments to ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to delivery.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between customers, sales, design, production, and logistics teams to ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to delivery. You'll solve problems, coordinate moving parts, build strong customer relationships, and help deliver packaging solutions that make a difference to our customers every day. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Creative Services, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finishing, and Logistics.
  • Prepare estimates and provide quotes to customers.
  • Process and verify purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Establish delivery schedules and track orders throughout the production process.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer requests, specification changes, and evolve project requirements.
  • Analyze inventory and warehouse data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions.
  • Support the development and execution of packaging and display solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Identify materials and resources necessary for successful project completion.
  • Monitor production, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics activities to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.
  • Proactively identify challenges and collaborate with others to develop solutions.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers and internal team members.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, POP displays, printing, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, operations, or order management.
  • Knowledge of structural design, graphic arts, lithographic printing, pre-press, or fabrication is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Amtech, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
