About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after payment confirmation, managing orders, production coordination, delivery, and post-sales engagement to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Order confirmation and client onboarding
• Production and commissioning follow-up
• Client communication and updates
• Quality control coordination
• Logistics and delivery coordination
• Post-sales and customer experience management
• Client engagement and relationship management
• Reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship management
• Experience in interior design, furniture, manufacturing, or construction is an advantage
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, SMS platforms, and social media
• Age: 27–40 years
• Proximity to Wawa is an added advantage
