Location: West (One north)
Basic up to $4,000
Job duties:
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing from purchase order validation to billing
- Process orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries
- Set up new part numbers and pricing in SAP
- Prepare shipping and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues with internal stakeholders
- Monitor order backlogs and proactively communicate delivery updates
- Coordinate with logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and global vendors
- Support Finance on AR/AP-related matters
- Prepare operational reports and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KPIs, and SLAs
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Degree in Logistics and Supply chain or relevant
- Customer service oriented
- Comfortable with 12 months contract
