As our CSR, you'll be the first point of contact—helping customers with their plumbing needs, and getting them scheduled fast, and making sure they feel confident they called the right place.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and get customers scheduled quickly
• Assist customers with their plumbing service needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
• Handle a high call volume while staying organized and efficient
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Prioritize calls, including urgent and emergency requests
• Deliver a great experience on every call
