Customer Service Representative
Daily Tasks:
- Organize daily orders to ensure correct on-time shipping.
- Communicate with various departments on varying topics related to shipping/warehousing.
- Work closely with planning team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and zero customer incidents.
- Verify availability of material required for shipment completion.
- Proactively conduct analysis in warehouse system to identify reasons behind potential shipment delays and execute corrective action.
- Communicate to warehouse personnel all shipping requirements.
- Other Workplace Considerations:
- Lifting products/materials up to 40 pounds in weight.
- Standing, walking, bending and twisting, as required to complete job task
- Must be willing to work 2nd Shift and extended hours, including Saturdays as needed
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED from in accredited institution
1+ Years of Warehousing Experience
1+ Years of Customer Service experience
1+ Years of Microsoft Applications experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
Preferred qualifications
Shipping experience
Proficient in English Language (Read and Write)
Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a Team
Warehouse management systems, such as SAP, AS400, etc.)
