Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Warsaw, Poland

Position Overview

The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.
Work Schedule
- 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process and track customer orders, and file and back up order data.
- Maintain communication with customers, reply to emails, and confirm delivery schedules.
- Prepare shipping documents, assist sales staff in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.
- Provide regular sales status reports for sales staff and supervisors’ reference.
- Assist sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Assist sales staff in organizing customer data, including basic company information, transaction records, and issue handling status.
Qualifications
1. Education
- Completed Mittlere Reife (secondary school certificate) or equivalent vocational qualification.
2. Experience
- 1 year SAP/MN operation experience.
3. Core Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry
