Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Job Summary:

DataField Technology Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with our client, a leading global developer and manufacturer of enterprise-level Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems . In this role, you’ll manage incoming customer calls, service dispatching, basic technical support, scheduling, and general administration to ensure excellent customer service and efficient field operations. Ideal candidates are highly adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are comfortable balancing administrative tasks with basic IT troubleshooting and a high attention to detail.
