This could be your first step into a career you haven’t even discovered yet.
Your first step

- Communicating confidently with customers
- Solving problems and thinking on your feet
- Building your technology and digital skills
- Working with different people and teams
- Managing priorities and taking ownership

You’ll also work towards obtaining a Government Security Clearance, giving you the opportunity to support some of Datacom’s valued clients across Australia.
Where could it take you?
This is where it gets exciting.
Your first role at Datacom doesn’t have to be your forever role.
While gaining hands-on experience and completing your Certificate III in IT, you’ll get exposure to a large technology business and start discovering what you’re good at and where you might want your career to go.
Over time, you could explore opportunities and career pathways across areas such as:
People Leadership | Quality | Knowledge Management | Workforce Management | Customer Experience | Technology
You’ll also have access to learning and development opportunities designed to help you continue building your skills.
You don’t need to have your whole career figured out. This is a place to start exploring it.
