Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance to customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Use effective communication and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent English skills (C1 level minimum), with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
