CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for all types of calls, bookings, inquiries, complaints from customers and providing on time and regular feedback on the status of shipments. Is responsible in updating the shipment status from booking to POD return. Responsible in ensuring work during her/his shift is carried out in a most secured and responsible manner.
