Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent support for the company's logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process customer requests and provide accurate information about the company's logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests.
- Prepare regular customer service reports and escalate recurring issues where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer service procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or the service industry.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's licence.
- Must be confident driving independently, preferably within Lagos.
- Strong computer skills with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
