Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or service industry
- Must be computer savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling customer concerns
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure
